Bands, not guesses - your price is fixed once you accept it, based on what you declare, not a survey. For larger or complex moves we may offer a free video survey to check it matches; it only changes if the job itself differs, and we tell you before continuing. If your plans change, your deposit is fully refundable when you cancel within 14 days of booking.

Can you get into college?
Usually yes, but it needs a slot booked with the lodge and often a permit for the quad. Give us the college name and we will arrange it.
Do you store over the summer?
Yes, from £18 a week containerised. Book before the last week of term - capacity goes fast.
Can four of us split the cost?
Yes. Tell us at booking and we issue separate invoices for the same job.
How many boxes do I need for a student room move?
A single room is usually a car-boot's worth: a few suitcases, a handful of boxes and a bike. That's exactly what our 'few items' band is priced for, from £120, so you're not paying for space you don't use.
Can you guarantee a slot in the last week of term?
We hold capacity for the concentrated end-of-term weeks specifically, but they're still our busiest dates. Book as soon as your college confirms your move-out date rather than waiting until the week itself.
Is there a minimum size for a student move?
No - a single room or even a few boxes is priced on our smallest band, from £120, the same fixed-price system as a full house move.
What happens to my deposit if my move-out date changes?
You can cancel free of charge within 14 days of booking, the same policy as every move we price. If your date simply moves within the same term, tell us as soon as you know and we'll do our best to rebook your slot rather than start again.
