For larger or complex moves we may offer a free video survey to check it matches; it only changes if the job itself differs, and we tell you before continuing. If your plans change, your deposit is fully refundable when you cancel within 14 days of booking.

Can you move us over a weekend?
Yes, and it is the usual pattern. Out of hours carries no premium for office work booked more than three weeks ahead.
Do you handle IT equipment?
We move it. We do not decommission or recommission servers - your IT team or provider should handle disconnection and testing.
Do you have insurance documents for our landlord?
Yes - £2m public liability and £50k goods in transit as standard, certificates emailed on request.
How much does an office removal cost?
A small office is £450-£900; a larger floor or multi-desk office runs £1,400-£3,800. The crew and vehicle scale with it - Van and crew: staff to confirm for the smaller band, Van and crew: staff to confirm for the larger.
Do you supply crates, or do we provide our own boxes?
We supply lidded crates per desk as standard - materials are priced from £140 for a small office up to £380 for a larger one, delivered ahead of the move.
Do you dismantle and rebuild desks and workstations?
Yes, £42 an item covers dismantle and rebuild - desks, partitions and flat-pack storage units. It's priced in once we know the desk count, not added on the day.
Will you supply a RAMS or method statement before the move?
Yes, as standard for every office job - your building management or insurers usually ask for it, so it's provided before the move, not chased afterwards.
