How this works
Taking a buy-now job spends one token the instant it becomes yours — first approved operator to act gets it. Placing an auction bid also holds one token, refunded automatically in full if you are outbid when it closes. A job flagged Along your route is near a route you have added under Routes & days. Account details
Changing your company name, email, postcode or city sends your account back for a quick re-check before you can bid again — phone and password changes never do. This page can only show what you type below, not what is already saved, so leave a field blank to keep it as it is.
Payout details
Where we send your payout for each completed job, by bank transfer. Details are masked to the last four digits everywhere in our system, including to our own staff — only an authorised admin can reveal them, and every reveal is logged. Changing a detail means entering all three fields again in full.
Vehicle types
Tell us what you can turn up in — jobs can then be filtered to the ones your vehicle actually fits.
